Client Referrals

Introduce someone for either a Reflexology or an Indian Head Massage session and once they have received and paid for their first treatment session, you will be entitled to a £ 5.00 discount against your next single therapy session.

Block Bookings

You can get a 20% discount by purchasing (in advance) a block of five therapy sessions.

Group Taster Sessions (Minimum 2 people, Maximum 6 people)

Why not share the cost and have a taster session with friends and/or family? Each individual receives a taster treatment lasting approximately 25 minutes and can choose to experience either Indian Head Massage or Reflexology.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers for treatment sessions are available to buy to give to friends & family as presents. Call or email Ian and ask for more details. Please see Terms & Conditions below.

Payment for Sessions

Regrettably My Time Holistic Therapies is unable offer credit facilities; therefore (unless you have paid for a block of sessions in advance), payment in full needs to be made at the start of each treatment session.

Payment for sessions can be made in cash, endorsed gift voucher or personal cheque payable to: Ian M. Anderson.

Please note that cheques will only be accepted if supported by a valid cheque guarantee card.

Information, Terms & Conditions

Appointments

Appointments can be made for most weekday evenings and at weekends (currently mid morning to late afternoon). Please contact Ian to discuss availability and appointment times.

At the moment appointments need to be made at least a week in advance.

You do not need to have any special equipment as Ian carries all the materials necessary to give a treatment.

It is preferable that you set aside a quiet and (ideally) private area/room where the treatment can be given, as any distractions (e.g. Television) can reduce the effectiveness of the treatment.

To be fair to all clients, treatment times have to be strictly adhered to.

Distance Considerations

Ian does not charge for travelling costs in respect those clients who live within 10 miles travelling distance* of his home post code (HX3 6AP).

For those clients who live further away than this a nominal travel charge of £ 0.10 per mile** will be charged on top of treatment fees.

Cancellations

You should notify Ian as soon as possible if you need cancel an appointment (preferably at least 24 hours before it is due) so that he has the opportunity to offer your appointment slot to someone else.

Ian will normally confirm your appointment the day before it is due. If you confirm your appointment at this time and subsequently cancel it, Ian must reserve the right to invoice you for the full cost of your treatment session.

Age Restrictions and Definitions

In respect of My Time Holistic Therapies’ pricing policy, a child is classed a person who is under the age of 16 on the date of the first treatment session.

The Childs’ parent/legal guardian must give written consent before any treatment can take place and must be present at all times during all treatment sessions.

Those clients aged over 16 who have not yet attained 18 years of age on the date of first treatment session do not need parental/legal guardian consent for the treatment to take place, however a person aged 18 or over must be present at all times during all treatment sessions.

Old Aged Pensioners (OAP’s) are classed as those who are in receipt of the State Pension – please have your current pension book/DWP Advice Letter available at the 1st session to ensure the OAP Discount can be applied.

If you are one of those people fortunate enough not to look your age, then proof of age (Passport, Drivers License or Birth Certificate) may be required before a treatment can be given.

Discount & Gift Vouchers

Terms of Use

Gift/Discount Vouchers can only be used in conjunction with the treatments offered on this website.

Gift/Discount Vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash (but see Refund Policy on Gift Vouchers).

Gift/Discount Vouchers can only be redeemed once and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issue.

Only one Gift/Discount Voucher can be redeemed against the cost of any one treatment session or block booking.

Gift/Discount vouchers cannot be redeemed unless they have been authorised and endorsed as valid by Ian Anderson.

Refund Policy (Gift Vouchers)

Refunds are only available against officially authorised Gift Vouchers that are still within their 90 usage period.

The refund will only be paid to the person who originally bought the Gift Voucher.

Please note that this refund policy does not apply to any discounts offered against the cost of treatments in respect of client referrals.

What to buy

Clients should try to buy a Gift Voucher for an amount that is equal to or less than the cost of the treatment against which it is intended to be redeemed.

In the event that a client presents a Gift Voucher whose face value exceeds the cost of the treatment against which it is being redeemed, a credit note (in the form of a further Gift Voucher) will be issued for the difference.

This Gift Voucher will be valid for a further 90 days and can be used against the cost of any one future treatment session.

Availability

Gift Vouchers are issued subject to availability and can be purchased in person or by post.

Payment

Gift Vouchers can be paid for in cash or by cheque (made payable to Ian M. Anderson).

Gift Vouchers must be paid for in advance and (in respect of cheque payments) will only be issued once funds have been cleared.

Delivery

Gift/Discount Vouchers can be delivered to you personally (as part of a treatment session) or posted (subject to Royal Mail Special Delivery charges) to the purchasers address.
